Request a review

If you believe a donation was made in error, duplicated or made without authorisation, please contact Tell Them Movement at info@tellthemmovement.com or 081 423 9854 as soon as possible.

Include the donation date, amount, payment method and transaction reference, plus a brief explanation. Do not email full card numbers, passwords, identity documents or banking credentials.

How requests are handled

Requests are reviewed individually. We may ask for proportionate information to locate the transaction and verify the request. A request does not automatically guarantee a refund. Where a refund is approved, we will explain the arrangements and, where possible, return it through the original payment method.

Recurring donations

If you set up a recurring payment through your bank or a payment provider, follow that provider’s process to stop future payments and let the ministry know if you need assistance. Cancelling future payments is separate from requesting a refund of an earlier donation.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy removes statutory rights, remedies for unauthorised transactions or any other rights that cannot legally be excluded. The ministry accepts donations; this website does not sell event tickets.
